I fault myself for not doing sufficient research before buying the Mac M1. This continues to be a frustrating journey. It may in fact work once installed but I can't find out because it will not download. And, to be clear, the problem is that it will not download. So far, the only app I cannot get to work in this Windows 11 environment is Norton. I have followed those instructions and so far everything works, including newer apps like Microsoft 365 and some very old legacy apps dating back 10 years.
